Again and again

For the first time,
Since my saddest night blossomed,
You didn't notice - I'm calling you.

Since I set my last pretension beneath my feet,
My last false laugh and Indeed
That gains nothing, but one thing, of course new-
You were somewhere else, I was calling you.

Since I began to write these lines
When moon and stars

Are doomed not to shine
The more darkness I uncover alone
The more I feel all are mine! 

I wonder for a way I'd to hew,
The sky was gasping hard,

Some'ere may be there'd been rain
A thought I psassed through-

Pungent and retard,

More with pain,
My love, I dare to love you
Again and again!
